Faulty Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any faulty items so we can advise you of the procedure for replacement or returns.

Items order in an error or not required

We regret we do not accept these for returns for credit but will be happy to exchange so long as we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Please call us for the procedure for Returns and fees applicable.

Standard delivery policy

Next day delivery anywhere to the UK Mainland provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm and we have the stock.

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.

Printing, embossing and rubber stamps services are subject to quotation and the turnaround from within 5 days or longer depending on complexity involved.

Returns

Returns will be accepted by prior agreement with us under exceptional circumstances. We must be notified of reasons for returns within 24 hours of delivery received and we will accept only at our discretion for a fee to be agreed.
